E3 Cortex

For more than 25 years, we are specialists in the design and manufacturing of packaging, made to measure or standard. E3 Cortex has managed to adapt to the specific packaging needs of its client base. Our constant care is to provide optimal product-quality, in domains that include not only dangerous materials, but fragile products and temperature-sensitive products as well.

1983 2012

We are constantly in tune with our client base and with technological advances, so our abilities and our packaging line have expanded through the years. We first began manufacturing wooden crates designed for exports, E3 Cortex has enhanced its abilities as its business has evolved:

1983 1990

  • Creation by Christian PASCAL.
  • Top-level certification for hazardous materials.
  • Transport (production surface ranging from 200 to 500m²).
  • Implementation of a standardized packaging line.
  • Construction of the THILLAY factory (1100m²).
  • Creation of the Flightcase made to measure manufacturing site.
  • Creation of the Securipack line of products.

1991 1996

  • Construction of the production site at THIEUX (2600m2).
  • Creation of the CRYOPACK.
  • Creation of a laboratory for in-house testing.
  • Creation of the FRIGIPACK.
  • Conversion to a corporation with capital of 300 000 Euros under the corporate title of E3 CORTEX.
  • Accorded ISO 9001 certification (THIEUX location).

1997 2003

  • Creation of the BIOTAINER.
  • Creation EXPORT SERVICE for standard products.
  • Entry in Dreux production site (Production space of 800m²).
  • Opening of the Water-tight and WRAP container division in Dreux.
  • Creation of the DIAGNOBAG and DIAGNOBOX.
  • Creation of the VITALPACK.

2004 2006

  • Evolution of the cardboard packaging and foldable case in 4GV and 4DV range.
  • Evolution of the BIOTAINER range in "4GU".
  • Opening of an outfitted storage warehouse for hazardous products.
  • Activation of an AOG team on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2006 2010

  • Extension of storage surface at the Dreux location.
  • Increase in the company's corporate capital (from 300 000 to 780 000 Euros).
  • Creation of the Diagnopli.
  • Creation of theon de la ma and Mini DIAGNOCASE sample Cases.
  • Activation of 3D design software for creation of Made-to-measure packaging.

E3 Cortex is present in every field, including hazardous materials, chemistry, pharmacy, biology, electronics, robotics, metrology, aeronautics… Containers for hazardous materials: isothermic containers, packaging for radioactive materials, lost packaging, reusable packaging, polyester containers, wraps, fillers of all types, etc.

With a very unique range of products and widely recognized skill, orders from our European colleagues and from other regions of the world are coming in more and more often. This is why our distribution network is expanding year by year. Here are the countries in which our products are marketed: Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Belgium and Italy.
